MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP:

Active members
Those who financially support the Association by paying dues.

Benefits are:

They can attend reunions together with any guests they desire to bring.

They will be kept informed of reunion plans, membership changes and other important items by means of a newsletter published at least three times a calendar year.
They will receive a complete membership roster that will be updated by our Newsletters.
They will be issued a membership card that is now being designed.

Inactive members
Benefits are:

Listing on our membership rolls.
Listing on our Internet Web Site.
Their joining will be confirmed by e-mail or post card.
They can purchase a printed membership listing for cost of printing and mailing.

DUES:

Background:

In the past, the dues of active members have been used, in part, to fund the administrative costs of providing information and rosters to inactive members, primarily by mail.
Elimination of the age requirement has greatly increased the potential membership base.
A system of dues is needed to provide funds to administer and maintain an
information system to keep a potentially larger active membership fully informed.
Currently active members will be informed of these decisions and afforded the opportunity to remain active by paying dues.
Current inactive members can, at any point in time, pay dues and become active members.

Amount:

Dues are $5 per year.

How to pay dues and become an active member:

Send your check or money order in the amount of $5 payable to "HQMC Assn" to our Treasurer:
